Fortunately for me, but unfortunately for the lesson, I actually lost a lot more weight than expected, likely thanks to how husky I still am. The video starts with me explaining how week #10 went, and then I use bowling references to discuss how to achieve weight loss goals (and all other goals) faster by using and taking advantage of the power of consistency and momentum. No days of the week are more important than all the others, and no days are less important than any others. It can be more effective to be consistent all 7 days of the week, rather than working really hard sporadically and taking unfocused days off in between. You can achieve in one focused, productive, and consistent week what might take a few weeks if unfocused and inconsistent.
