- 2 pieces/layers of iceberg lettuce
- 200g canned tuna light in water
- 1/2 persian cucumber
- 1.5 tbsp light cream cheese
- 1/4 red onion
- 3 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp dill weed dry
- 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 avocado
How to make it yourself:
1. Dice your cucumbers and red onions and slice your avocados
2. In a bowl, add your drained canned tuna, diced red onions, light mayo, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, black pepper, and dijon mustard and mix well
3. Cut off the stem and peel 2 of the outer layers of your iceberg lettuce
4. Layer the 2 layers of lettuce on top of each other and add in your tuna mix, diced cucumbers, and avocado slices.
5. Roll it like a burrito and wrap it with sandwich paper and enjoy!
6. Pro tip: Make the tuna mix in advance and the day your want to eat it, assemble your wrap (takes less than 5 minutes). This preserves that crunch and prevents the wrap from getting soggy versus storing it overnight! But I also stored it overnight and it was pretty good just as long as you keep it air tight and sealed and dry the lettuce beforehand!
