These two things aren’t difficult tasks if you have the knowledge and the motivation.

The motivation shouldn’t be “I’m motivated to lose fat”… It should be more like “I’m motivated to lose fat to ensure my children have a real role model when if comes to health and happiness and I will not stop until I’m there”.
If you don’t have these two things, it doesn’t mean the act of losing fat is hard, it simply means the act of losing fat is impossible.
You may lose weight on the scales, sure, but you’ll regain that weight if you’re not losing fat correctly (maintaining muscle tissue).
The aim is to lose fat and for it not to return. This is achieved via 1) creating a furnace metabolism and 2) building new habits.
