I was so healthy – I didn’t stop until it was complete.I did it because I wanted something that I’d never had before. In my entire life, I didn’t ever have a system like this to follow. I was following a system but it didn’t have the right ingredients and there were no instructions. If it didn’t go well, you mixed the ingredients again. That’s not a system. So, when I tried this, I just kept on going. A friend of mine once asked me why I was doing it since I could lose more weight if I did more exercises. But I’m not running marathons.
