How do you work out your calories to lose fat?! Sounds simple, right? That's because it is very straightforward! Even the equation I give you to work out your maintenance calorie levels is very easy to use. I forgot to mention in the video, with the equation, you can reduce your calories by 10% after a few weeks of maintenance. Or you can just start in a 10% deficit. Your goal should be to maintain/build muscle while losing fat, that's why we start so modest.
