Welcome to Tabby's Fit Vlog! Being FIT is about working out twice a week and eating enough to FULLY recover to be able to give more than your all at the next training. People have become way too afraid of eating. STOP THAT! Trust that your body needs enough energy (glycogen). So if 80 to 90 percent of your food intake is 'clean' (no sugar or trans fatty acidic fried crap ~ or at least try to (air) fry with organic coconut oil and stay away from the combination: "dairy with sugar"). NO CARDIO people. If you don't see your abs yet, don't become impatient and "TRY" some added CARDIO. NO! Try trusting that the more muscles you build (and that will be inevitable if you work out twice a week) the faster your body fat will melt away. The answer is: hang in there and be super patient. It's not realistic to expect super results in just a few weeks in, especially when you're a beginner at a FIT lifestyle. Please be kind to yourself and persevere in what you've started.
