What's up Heroes!? In this video I go over how Christina Aguilera was able to lose weight successfully over the course of a couple years. The 36 year-old stands 5'2” and weighs approximately 110 lbs. Over the years leading up to 2014, Christina Aguilera underwent a good amount of criticism in regards to her weight fluctuations. There were also rumors going around about how she underwent liposuction.
It turns out that those rumors were false. I don't know the specific time frame, but in the year or 2 leading into 2014, Christina lost an incredible 50 POUNDS! It was not liposuction. It was through consistent hard work and developing good habits.

My wife was able to use a combination of diet and lifestyle changes to get off of her T3 thyroid medication. She suffered from an unusual form of thyroid resistance due to an eating disorder in her teenage years which left her with metabolic damage, treatment-resistant depression, thyroid resistance, and the inability to lose weight.
