Take a fresh cauliflower and wash it properly. 2. Grate it using a food processor or hand grater. You can also blend small pieces in a mixer for a few seconds. 3. Heat 1 tsp desi ghee in a pan and sauté the grated cauliflower for 2-3 minutes until slightly soft. 4. Set it aside. Step 2: Prepare the Biryani Base 1.
