Journalisten besøger Toldstyrelsen i Kastrup Lufthavn i Danmark, hvor politiet dagligt opdager og finder illegale viagrapiller og potenspiller, der sælges sort af pushere. I lufthavnen opfanger told styrelsen flere end 500.000 pakker med forbudte potens piller og andre lægemidler om året. Alligevel er der mange viagra piller, der undslipper kontrollen og sælges for mange penge online på de sociale medier eller på det sorte marked via nettet til en dreng. Drengen ”Morten” fortæller om en gang, han skulle være sammen og have sex med en pige og få stådreng. Den unge gut er meget nervøs og føler præstations angst, når han skal score til fest eller pleje sit parforhold. Det giver den bivirkning og effekt, at drengens diller ikke kan blive stiv eller erigeret, selvom hans partner eller kæreste prøver at stimulere hans kønsorgan. Morten er bange for, han skuffer pigen, fordi han ikke kan tilfredsstille hende og give hende nydelse, og fyren synes det er pinligt. Det går ud over mandens selvværd, at han har rejsningsproblemer. Han tager derfor potensfremmende midler. Vores journalist mødes også med en ung dansk mand, ”Kristian”, der i al hemmelighed sælger de farlige og skadelige midler – Viagra 100 mg. En illegal forretning, der sælger til unge mennesker, der fx er i byen og fester, og som oplever impotens, da de har fået for meget alkohol til, at de kan have samleje med den kvinde eller mand, de har scoret i et one night stand eller ses med som bollevenner. Dealeren handler fx med unge drenge, der tager stoffer, hvilket har medført, at de ikke kan få rejsning, og med en jomfru teenager, der er nervøs og bange for, at han ikke kan præstere seksuelt, når gutten skal miste sin mødom. En sådan tablet er ikke forebyggende og kan ødelægge drengenes egen evne i forhold til at få stiv dolk. Skjult møder vi danske ”Kim”, en ung fyr i 20’erne. Han er stresset og har det dårligt mentalt, og det påvirker hans sexlyst negativt.
